What’s covered
Your windows are protected for the long haul:
- Frames and sash (our rigid uPVC): covered against defects in materials for a lifetime
- Hardware: covered against defects for the life of the product
- Sealed glass units (insulating thermal edge glass): covered for a lifetime
- Our craftsmanship: the installation of every Global Windows & Doors window is covered for a lifetime
If something isn’t right
If a part turns out to be defective, we repair or replace it free of charge, with zero deductible. Just give us a call.
Selling your home?
The warranty is transferable, so it can pass to the new owners when you sell.
What the warranty doesn’t cover
To keep things clear, the warranty doesn’t apply if:
- The windows weren’t installed in line with our instructions, or were damaged during installation
- The damage comes from misuse, abuse or negligence
- The damage is caused by fire or acts of God
